GALA
GALA is an ongoing exploration of flavour, art and memory through food. Inspired by Salvador Dalí and the idea that food itself can be a form of art, each study begins with a single ingredient and follows it through flavour, technique and imagination. Cookies, pastry and savoury baking become different canvases for the same idea, accompanied by poetry that captures the memories, associations and stories behind the flavour. GALA isn’t a bakery or a fixed collection of recipes; it’s a place to experiment, create and turn something edible and temporary into something that can linger.
